Our client FrieslandCampina launched Lattiz® Go, their latest milk foaming innovation, at Horecava and Sirha. Stepping into an ongoing project, BEACON supported the project team in steering the journey from development to reaching the launch gate. We helped align detailed planning across workstreams, secured full team focus on all Launch Gate deliverables, and facilitated internal stakeholder alignment, including the Steering Committee.
